Veronica Richey has over 20 years of experience in call center and administration management for financial services, real estate and employee benefits administration. Veronica has held previous leadership and directorial positions for Precept Group, LLC, a division of BB&T Insurance Services, and Auction.com, and WM Financial Services. She joined the company in 2019 and has since established regular partnership meetings throughout accounting, human resources, and account management departments and has also implemented and updated training processes for the finance, eligibility and enrollment departments.
