Vice President, Underwriting and Reinsurance
Larry has more than 35 years of experience in Underwriting within the health care insurance industry. He is responsible for overseeing large and small group underwriters to ensure pricing levels on all plans are consistent with organizational surplus, retention, and new business goals. Larry also oversees stop loss arrangements and coordinates renewal terms and data with various MGUs/carriers, establishes and communicates underwriting policy regarding acceptable risk tolerances, and assists TPA clients with stop loss data and renewal negotiations. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University – Long Beach.
