Anthem Blue Cross and Dignity Health (“Dignity”) have been engaged in negotiations for several months to reach a new contract agreement in California and Nevada for hospital and physician services. Unfortunately, to date, Anthem Blue Cross and Dignity have been unable to come to terms on a new contract that provides greater affordability for our members, and their commercial hospital contract with Dignity has been terminated effective July 15, 2021.

Due to the fluid nature of the negotiations it is important that you continue to be attentive to confirming the level of coverage you have at any of the above listed facilities or providers that may work with these facilities. Any pre-authorized procedures will also be affected by a change in coverage. If you have any questions about your coverage, please don’t hesitate to call Customer Service Department 800-649-9121.
